We operate a dedicated distribution hub in the Netherlands, providing easy access to a wide range of our products for European retailers. In addition, our full portfolio of brands can be shipped worldwide directly from our UK warehouse, subject to order value.

Basic Terms of Business
Account Approval
All retailers must complete a customer application form and will be subject to a credit check before an account is opened.
Delivery Address
We only deliver to one address per company. Multiple store addresses are accepted, but we don’t ship directly to customers.
Drop Shipping
We do not offer drop shipping services for any of our brands.
Third-Party Selling
We do not allow third party selling on Amazon with any of our brands.
Payment Terms
Payment for orders is required at the time of ordering through the retailer portal, unless prior credit terms have been agreed in writing.
Minimum Order Value
There is no minimum order value required when placing an order.
Free Delivery Threshold
Free delivery applies to orders of £200 net and above.
Order Discounts
10% discount on all orders of £300 net and above.
15% discount on all orders of £500 net and above.
Order Processing
Once you order is placed, we aim to ship your order on our next working day but it can take up to two working days.
